Domestic Shipping (Within India)

Delivery Time

Orders are typically delivered within 4–6 business days. In some cases, delivery may take longer depending on the location.

Shipping Charges

A flat shipping fee of ₹99 applies to all domestic orders.

Payment Options

Cash on Delivery (COD is not available).

Accepted Payment Methods

We accept debit cards, credit cards, RuPay cards, UPI, Paytm, and other secure online payment methods.

Order Updates

You will receive SMS and email notifications regarding your order status. The tracking ID will be shared after the order is shipped.

Important

Business days exclude weekends, bank holidays, public holidays, regional holidays, and special observed days.

If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received the parcel, please contact us within 24 hours. Claims made after this period may not be eligible for support.

Package Denial

Please do not accept the parcel if it appears damaged, opened, or tampered with. Accept the package only if the seal is intact.

International Shipping

Delivery Time

International orders are delivered within 1–3 weeks, depending on the destination country.

Shipping Charges

Shipping fees are calculated based on the number of items and the destination country.

Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges on international orders.

Order Updates

You will receive email updates regarding your order status along with the tracking ID within 1–2 business days after your order is dispatched.
